• The house is equipped with self check-in. You can access independently and securely using the personal code that will be provided before arrival.
• Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is within 10:00 AM.
• If you have any other needs, please feel free to get in touch with us, and we'll endeavor to find the most suitable solution!

• The respectful coexistence of all tenants is our general rule. 
• Smoking inside and organizing parties are not allowed. 
• Access to the house is permitted only to those who are staying there. Any additional guests, must be communicated, and an extra charge applied. 
• Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Any damages or inefficiencies must be reported promptly in order to be fixed as soon as possible.
• Please inform us and provide a written authorization for unaccompanied minors before check-in.
• Waste sorting.

• Pets are welcome. Please inform us of their presence during the booking process, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

• Cleanliness is very important to us, and after each check-out, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using specific products.
• Upon your arrival, you will find soft bedding and a set of towels per person. During your stay, you can request a change of linens for an additional fee.

• The confirmation email will outline the methods and deadlines for the payment of the deposit and the balance.

• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated via email. There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, or no-shows.

• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, pots, and dishes.
• Living area with double sofa bed, Smart TV with active Netflix account.
• Master bedroom (double or twin beds).
• Twin bedroom with bunk beds.
• Bathroom with emotional shower, toilet, sink, bidet.
• Two balconies with chairs and a small table.

We are situated in a privileged and quiet location in the village of San Bernardo, the main center of Val di Rabbi in Trentino, at an altitude of 1090 meters.
